Time
clock and labour rostering are standard features in Aloha. Managers will be
able to keep tight control over punctuality and labour cost. Managers can
restrict employees from clocking in when not rostered or if outside a preset
time range from their due rostered start time. Managers are also able to edit
clock in/out times, apply pay rates, set overtime parameters, job codes etc.
Rosters are easily created and copied from week to week and then modified
accordingly.
It
even allows multiple rostered weeks to be copied further saving you valuable
time. For the more advanced users, Aloha offers a more detailed labour management
module. It compares labour costs with budgets, forecasts labour require-ments,
provides charts and graphs, is customisable to fit company policies on hour
limitations and has a complete database on employee skill levels, preferred
shifts, requests etc.
